- Perform workplace inspections and follow up improvement points
- Supporting VGM plans, procedures and instructions
- Recording incidents and participating in preventive measures
- Organize toolbox meetings and increase security awareness
- Supporting audits and certifications
- Reporting to management on trends and performance
Requirements
- Experience in HSE/VGM in infra/construction/technology
- Knowledge of VCA and relevant laws and regulations
- Coaching communication and persuasion
- Analytical, practical and independent
- Driving licence B
